Inclusivity has been central since the start of the Urban Leisure & Tourism Lab Amsterdam and is therefore one of the two core values (besides sustainability) within the lab track. That is why lecturer and researcher Philippa Collin and lab lead Roos Gerritsma have developed a toolbox and various teaching methods with which inclusive leisure & tourism design can be used during the design process. In the Dutch journal Leisure Studies they share their insights about how they have given this a place in higher vocational education. The toolbox is still used within the lab to this day.
